AZ – 1 26 or 12/6 – 6/21 or 6/12 …. well 6/21 belongs to a Prince and I wouldn’t touch 12/6 when i’m a 12/11 and of course 1/26 is someone in my academy, but i will snatch up 6/12/69 as a cancerian with a gemini ascendant at 11°. 6/21 also is Nicole Kidman.
I was once a kiddo myself, back in the STONE Ages. I too admired certain luminaries. I had always had hoped that if I could be an actress I could be like DAME Audrey Hepburn or The Philippines’ Audrey – Dawn Zulueta. If I were a broadcast journalist I had hoped to be like Connie Chung, and later on like Philippines’ Boy Abunda. I also admired Barbara Walters, but she was too blonde. But who I really emulated and admired are my own parentals and lolos/lolas , titas and titos, and many older cousins – Kuyas and Ates.
It’s a heartbreak for me that I wasn’t able to do what my Mama did and does so well. She graduates at age 21 as a Registered Nurse at the top of her class, a Miss Sillimania, a sorority girl, and the MUSE of the Law School. She marries at age 22 as a Virgin to her husband, MY Father, also her age and also a Virgin. Her Father, my LOLO, walked her down the aisle wearing his decorated army veteran uniform. A veteran who fought valiantly in behalf of both the PI and US during times of trouble. She works for St. Luke’s Hospital for only the top ½% of all the Philippines. A Who’s Who.
And it’s also a heartbreak that my brother wasn’t able to either and he’s a certain way. But at least for him, still a Virgin and still Mama’s angel. I had hoped my own Father would walk me down the aisle at age 22 wearing His Merchant Marine uniform.
It’s not to say in your lineage that you have just royals and nobles, but also perhaps senators, congressmen, mayors, magistrates, and even Presidents, but not just the US for someone like me, but also the Philippines. Public Servants. Royals are more like ‘stewards’ of the ‘earth’ ‘worlds’. But others are considered Public Servants.
They changed policies in recent decades to no longer choose brides or actors with PERFECT lineage and TITLES, but homegrown run-of-the-mill johnnys and jennys. But quite a few of them have ‘secret’ lineage that not too many find out about because they fail as exemplary public servants. Related to senators, mayors, and even Top-of-the-ticket. And then when they see this, we tell them, “And now we see why you too are exceptional Public Servants.
America still belongs to Native American Indians. You cannot be a leader in this country if you don’t first understand and care about FIRST NATIONS. Most natives, you don’t know what they actually look like. As you do quests which are like 1000 puzzle pieces. Many of you complete the puzzle only to see a scene of dogs playing poker. The rare exceptional ones get to see TRUE Native American Indians. You only see mostly their dogs because if you were to see what they actually look like you would want to look like them.
Same can be said about Visayans and true Malayans. Look how crazy they go for Keanu Reeves and Phoebe Cates… and they’re mixes… now imagine a world of Keanus and Phoebes. You’d lose your minds and want to be them.
Love yourselves. Love your own moms and dads and family. They should love you and didn’t they want you? Life is too short to pretend to be someone you’re not and tryna to be someone you never will be. Just do you and care about yourself because as Dame Audrey Hepburn would say, “Happy Girls are the Prettiest.” Moreover, what my Lola Sally told me when I was around 8… “Be Careful of what you wish for. You just might get it.”
